Professional Services

I offer professional services for psychologists, therapists, and organizations seeking thoughtful, psychologically informed consultation, teaching, and reflective learning. My work is informed by existential practice, contemporary psychological research, professional standards, and evidence-based practice.

Drawing on doctoral-level training in counselling psychology and extensive clinical experience, my consultation and teaching focus on supporting clinicians and organizations in deepening psychological formulation, navigating relational and ethical complexity, and attending to the emotional and contextual dimensions of clinical and professional work.

These services are collaborative, reflective, and context-sensitive. While distinct from psychotherapy, they are similarly oriented toward depth, ethical engagement, and meaningful reflection on the complexities of human and organizational experience.

Consultation and mentorship for clinicians

I provide consultation and mentorship for psychologists, therapists, and other helping professionals who are seeking reflective space to think carefully about their work.

This may include:

  • Case consultation

  • Ethical and professional decision-making

  • Relational and systemic dynamics

  • Identity, responsibility, and meaning in clinical work

  • Support during periods of professional transition or complexity

Consultation is offered virtually for individuals or small groups, depending on needs and context. The emphasis is on thoughtful dialogue, professional integrity, and shared inquiry rather than supervision in a training or evaluative sense.

Psychoeducation for groups and organizations

I offer psychoeducational workshops and talks for organizations, professional groups, and community settings. This work is educational rather than therapeutic and is designed to bring psychological depth to real-world contexts.

Topics may include:

  • Burnout and professional sustainability

  • Relational dynamics and communication

  • Meaning, identity, and responsibility at work

  • Psychological perspectives on leadership and culture

  • Supporting helpers and caregiving professionals

Workshops and talks are tailored to the needs of each group and may be offered virtually or in person, depending on context and location.

How this work is offered

Professional services are collaborative and responsive rather than prescriptive. The focus is on creating space for reflection, learning, and dialogue that supports ethical practice and human sustainability.

Services may be offered virtually or in person, depending on the nature of the work and logistical considerations.
